This policy describes what data is processed by the applications of LLP «Saghan Soft» and by the website saghansoft.kz. The data controller is LLP «Saghan Soft», BIN 130840007448, Republic of Kazakhstan. Data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.

MAMFOUR app

The app does not collect or transmit your data. Everything you keep in MAMFOUR stays in the database on your device. The app has no accounts, no cloud storage, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking; neither the developer nor any third party has access to your archive.

Device permissions (contacts, call log, messages, files — the set depends on the platform and edition) are used to bring this information into your archive. The data is processed on the device only.

Problem reports are created only on your command (“Help → Report problem”). A report contains the app’s work log, with personal data masked, and your description of the problem. The report is saved on your device; whether to send it, and to whom, is up to you.

External sources. If you connect internet sources yourself (for example, news feeds), the app contacts them directly according to your settings. These requests do not pass through our servers.

Website saghansoft.kz

• Server logs. For each request the server records the IP address, date and time, the requested page and browser information. Logs are used to operate and protect the website, are kept for up to 12 weeks and are then deleted.
• Cookies. The website stores a single cookie, lang, with the selected page language, for one year. There are no other cookies.
• Third-party services. The website uses no counters, analytics, advertising or external resources.
• The website server is located in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Correspondence

If you write to us, we use your address and the content of your message only to reply, and keep the correspondence for as long as it is needed to resolve your request.

Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell or disclose personal data to third parties, except where expressly required by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Your rights

You can ask what data about you we hold, request its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent to processing. Write to info@saghansoft.kz .

When this policy changes, we update this page and its date.
